This natural foot soak will relieve your feet from most of the soreness and aching.

Dandruff shampoos can often contribute to having more dandruff. Instead consider your own natural baking soda shampoo. Just mix baking soda in water until you get a liquid paste. Lather this baking soda paste onto your hair and scalp, allowing it to soak for several minutes. Repeat every day, or every other day, for the next two weeks and you will be dandruff free.

Got itchy feet from mosquito or ant bites? There is an easy way to get rid of the itchiness without putting wacky chemicals on your skin. For a natural solution, mix baking soda and water into a creamy paste and apply to itchy skin. This solution also works great for sunburns.

You might be glad to find out that there is a more cost-effective way to subdue heartburn than over the counter medication. The answer once again is with baking soda. Mix half a teaspoon of baking soda with a half cup of water; drink this solution one or two hours after a meal for natural heartburn and indigestion relief.
